Spring 2026 Issue Now Available

The Spring 2026 issue of the Journal of Character and Leadership Development is now available, free and open access.
This issue brings together articles on military doctrine and character, resilience under extreme adversity, character development at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, moral leadership in historical perspective, and how empathy can strengthen leadership relationships in both directions.
The issue also begins a special serialized feature, Get Back Up: Lessons in Servant Leadership, from Dr. Heather Wilson, former Secretary of the Air Force, and General Dave Goldfein, USAF (Ret.), former Chief of Staff of the Air Force.
